To open up an Offshore Company with RAK Offshore


The client can come to us through a Registered Agent. (Farahat & Co) For Establishment of the Company:
  • The Registrar shall register an application provided that:
    • a) a solicitor engaged in the establishment of the company; or
    • b) the registered agent (Farahat & Co) designated in the memorandum to be the registered agent of the company; The Template will made by Farahat & Co
    have certified in writing and delivered to him an application signed by one or more persons and that he is satisfied that all requirements in respect of incorporation have been complied with. The application will be made by Farahat & Co
  • The Registrar shall register and keep in its records the memorandum and articles submitted at the time of the application.
  • Upon the completion of the incorporation process the Registrar shall issue a certificate of incorporation which shall be considered as prima facie evidence that all requirements of these regulations in respect of registration have been complied with and that the company is duly established.
  • An offshore company prior to formation has to inform the Registrar the objective to be pursued after the incorporation.

Required Documents - To incorporate an RAK Offshore Company:


  • Application Forms will be made by your agent (Farahat & Co)
  • MOA - done by our registered agents (Farahat & Co)
  • For incorporation of the Company = AED 3500
  • For Issue of Incorporation Certificate = AED 500
    The Government Fees will deposited with your Agent (Farahat & Co)

    • 1. For Individual Applicants:
  • Passport Copy - Copy attested by your firm and your agent (Farahat & Co)
  • Bank Reference Letter - original required
  • Proof of residence (Utility bill) - original required
  • Any other documents requested by the Registrar during the incorporation.

    • 2. For Non-individual Applicants:
  • Copy of license or incorporation certificate issued by the chamber of commerce or any other body. copy attested by your firm (Farahat & Co)
  • Board of Resolution - original required
  • MOA of the parental company - copy attested by your firm and your Agent (Farahat & Co) The MOA will by made by Farahat & Co
  • Passport Copy of the Director & the Shareholders - copy attested by your firm and your Agent (Farahat & Co)
  • Good Standing Certificate - original required
  • Any other documents requested by the Registrar during the incorporation.
