Offices, Light Industrial Units/Warehouses - Abu Dhabi Airport FZ

Abu Dhabi Airport Free Zone are pleased to inform you that our facilities are under construction (offices, light industrial units / warehouses).

Facility (phase-1 A) completely built Light Industrial Units (warehouses) would start getting ready for the tenants by end of 2008 and the same has been sold out completely.

Currently accepting booking for warehouses (Light Industrial Units) in phase-1B which will be ready starting from Q3 of 2009. And the commercial offices are expected to be ready starting from Q4 of 2009.

The introductory offer for leasing of warehouse and light industrial Units (L1) for minimum area starting from 360sq meters (including 100sq meter mezzanine office space) is at AED 234,000 per annum (approx).

Documents Required

1. Letter of Intent.
2. Company profile or brochure.
3. Trade license copy (existing company)
4. Passport copies of the shareholders
5. Proposal of your company which gives us some information about: the following:
   a. Proposed activity
   b. Premises requirement
   c. Workforce (Managers, Supervisors, Technicians, Other Information)
   d. Utility Requirements

Type of License Fee - Abu Dhabi Airport Free Zone

The following licenses can be applied for at ADAFZA:

• Trade License:
  Allows the holder to import, export, distribute and store items as per ADAFZA rules and regulations.


• Service License:
  Allows the holder to carry out the services specified in the license within the Free Zone. Type of service must conform to the parent company’s license.


• Industrial License:
  Allows the holder to import raw materials, carry out the manufacture of specified products and export the finished product to any country.
